This is th result of my pelvis nonob ultrasound. The uterus has a length of 11.8 cm and ap dimension of 5.3cm. Width of the uterus is 6.4. Ther are at least three fibroids in the uterus. Two are in the fundus on the left that measure 1.4cm and 2.3×1.9cm. Athird is in the mid body on the right measuring 2.5×1.4×1.7. Small cyst is seen involving in the left ovary measuring about 1.8cm and there are a couple of small cysts on the right ovary measuring under1cm. Right ovary is not enlarged and measures 2.8×2.1cm. Please help me. What do you think the outcome will be before I go back to my doctor? I am a 44 black american with two children, married, and do not want any more children. Please read this and send me an answer. I have been doing alot of research on this matter from the computer and your information is great.

Dear Linda-
Your pathologies all appear very beign-however I will venture to guess your gyn will recommend hysterectomy and probably ovary removal. I do not concur.
You have a very treatable condition with our FAS procedure. Good Luck
