Dear Snoozin-
You can probably expect your doctor to recommend a radical hysterectomy….removing both uterus and ovaries. We do not advocate this for benign diseases, even if you are perimenopausal.
Most “complex cysts” are benign…they can easily be removed and ovary reconstructed..this allows the women to enter menopause naturally, not surgically. You body produces hormones many years into menopause.
Thickened edometrium is also normal depending on the phase of your cycle…however some thickness can be attributed to certain pathologies.
Our FAS procedure would safely removed your fibroids, cysts and check your endometrium for any abnormalities.
I know we can help you and allow you to keep your organs.
