I’m only 19, do I have to get both of my ovaries removed?

I recently went for a pelvic ultrasound. The results showed that I had 3 to 4 nabothian cysts in my cervix. I also had multiple peripherally distributed cystic structures in both ovaries less than 1 cm in size; with 10 to 11 on my left ovarie, and about 10 on my right ovarie. I am only 19 and am planning to have children in the future, but with this many cyst will I have to have my ovaries removed? What kinds of treatments are offered for this?

Dear Linda Ray-
Based on your description, you probably have a condition known as Polycystic Ovarian Disease.
There is very little successful treatment for this condition.
If you are interested in fertility, I would recommend that you attempt to get pregnant sooner rather than later, as the longer the cysts are allowed to overtake the ovaries, the greater the chance of infertility and decreased ovarian function.
Good Luck
