I was diagnosed with adenomynosis after having surgery for a fibroid. The two procedures that were done were endromtrial ablation and hysteroscopy with removal of the fibroid. It turns out that the mass is not a fibroid but adenomysosis. After this surgury my periods are worse. I am spotting every other day and having a period twice a month. My doctor suggests doing a hysterectomy. I am so uncomfortable. I need help. do you have any suggestions. I am 37 years old,

Paula

Dear Paula-
Adenomyosis is a progressive disease…without treatment it will spread with every menstrual cycle.
Traditional medicine only offers a hysterectomy for this disease….we offer our FAS procedure. We remove the infected portion of the uterus and laser treat the remaining muscle-it has been very effective and women have been very pleased with the results. Symptoms are significantly reduced, if not completely gone.
Whatever your decision…I do not recommend postponing it.
