Fibroid tumors and Adenomyosis

Almost 20 year history of fibroids. Most significant complaints were pelvic pain, bloating, abdominal pressure and fatigue. Findings at surgery included 134 fibroids, 2 fibroid tumors within the endometrial cavity, and adenomyosis.
