Fibroid tumors

April 8, 2011 by alternativesurgery

60 year old
Condition:
Fibroid tumors

Chief complaint of abdominal pain and pressure. Patient’s last normal menstrual period was at age 48. She refused a hysterectomy, but was told this was her only option since the fibroid was too large to remove and preserve the uterus.
